Are you experiencing “Login” and or GNSS Connection issues when using Trimble App and other types of Web Map applications using GNSS?

If so….. Try to “Clear the Cache” in your browser.

This has been known to resolve the above issues per Trimble Penmap for Android, Trimble TerraFlex, Trimble Mobile Manager and other Web Map Applications using External GNSS.

To clear the cache in Google Chrome:
  1. On your computer, open Chrome browser.
  2. At the top right click the 3 dots to customize your browser.
  3. Click More or More tools. Clear browsing data.
  4. Select Basic first and clear what is listed there. Clear data
  5. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, then Follow 1 thru 4 again and then select “Advanced”.
  6. Next, select any of the boxes per what you want to clear beyond what was list under “Basic”.
  7. Click Clear data.
  8. Try to login to your App and connect to your GNSS device
