The Autodesk Connector for ArcGIS in Civil 3D allows you to directly connect to the GIS data you need in Esri’s ArcGIS Online, and this definitely streamlines the flow of data between ArcGIS and Civil 3D.

Get To Know Us – Welcome Sean Cleveland!

Sean has been in the surveying industry for over 15 years. He attended Southwestern Illinois College and the University of Wyoming where he received a Cadastral Surveying Certificate.

Sean enjoys hunting and fishing at his property in Southern Illinois. He has been married for 10 years to his wife, Amanda. They have an 8-year-old son who enjoys playing baseball and video games.

Instead of calling or emailing each support person individually, you can now contact the entire support team through one email address and one toll free number.

Email [email protected] to create a support case that is visible to the entire support staff. You will receive an email with a case number for that inquiry, and all correspondence made with that case number will be logged into a system for future reference should that issue arise again.

 

Customers can also reach the entire support staff by calling 844-266-7266. In the rare event that all 5 team members are busy, you can leave a message which will create a case visible to the entire support team.
