Integrating Pix4Dmatic & Trimble Forensics Reveal
This course teaches the skills needed to create accurate 2D and 3D forensic scene representations using aerial imagery and Pix4Dmatic. Students will learn photogrammetry fundamentals, process images, generate point clouds, and analyze vehicle damage for collision reconstruction. The course also demonstrates how to integrate Pix4Dmatic with Trimble GNSS and Trimble Forensics Reveal, combine multiple datasets, perform measurements, and produce detailed courtroom-ready deliverables.
Students need to bring their own laptop, and Seiler will provide a temporary license for Pix4Dmatic for the duration of the class. A certificate of completion will be provided by Pix4D for the Collision Reconstruction with Pix4Dmatic course,
