TriDrone™

The SeaFloor Systems TriDrone™ is a highly portable unmanned surface vessel engineered to perform professional hydrographic surveys in locations where larger vessels cannot safely operate. Designed around a compact, foldable trimaran platform, the TriDrone enables surveyors to collect accurate bathymetric data in tight, hazardous, or difficult-to-reach waterways while maintaining efficient single-operator workflows.

Built for real-world field conditions, the TriDrone combines a rugged UV-resistant HDPE hull with articulated servo steering and a brushless thruster system to deliver precise maneuverability and repeatable survey lines. Its hull-integrated single beam echosounder configuration supports dependable depth acquisition, making it an ideal solution for inland hydrographic projects, environmental monitoring, and infrastructure inspections.

The platform’s fold-in-thirds design allows for easy transport and rapid mobilization, enabling crews to launch from shore and safely survey contaminated, shallow, or steep-banked water bodies. With up to approximately five hours of battery endurance at survey speed and remote control range up to 1 km, the TriDrone provides the operational flexibility needed for modern hydrographic workflows.

Compatible with major GPS and GNSS systems, the TriDrone integrates seamlessly into existing geospatial workflows, giving survey teams a cost-effective and efficient alternative to crewed vessels for targeted bathymetric data collection.
