Last week we did a network installation of Trimble Business Center, and a number of the computers had black screens on them when we opened the program.
Files imported just fine, and if you did a New Points Spreadsheet, the points were in there.
Problem was, you could not see them.
It made us rather nervous.
Turned out that it was a less than up to date video card and some settings needed to be adjusted.
In the top tool bar, select Tools, then go to Options, then Advanced.
Make the changes as shown to the left in the screen shot and you should see your points….
You might have to save the project, exit TBC and re open it.
